What
is Voice Message Broadcasting?
|
|
Voice
message broadcasting allows you to send out highly personalized,
targeted voice messages to a wide spectrum of customers
on any day, at any time, with automatic adjustments for
time zones. Results can be enhanced through the use of collateral
services such as interactive voice response, fax broadcasting
and e-mail broadcasting.

Isn't
this the same thing as telemarketing?
|
|
Absolutely
not! Telemarketing is "cold calling," which intrudes
upon a prospect's time and space. Next Wave, on the other
hand, employs "warm calling," and is a message,
often from a salesperson or corporate spokesperson the customer
already knows. This message invites a response, at a time
convenient to the customer, to an issue often of concern
or interest to the customer. What is perhaps more remarkable,
is that Next Wave, in generating far higher response rates
than telemarketing, costs only a fraction as much.

Will
I have to write and record my own messages?
|
The
choice is yours. Think of your Next Wave message as a
30 or 60 second radio commercial that is broadcast to
home telephones. You may utilize a script from your team
to record your own message, or have someone in your upline
record a message on your behalf praising your efforts
and how fast your team is growing.
|
| What if someone picks up the phone when the system calls
them? |
|
Option 1: You can have the system
hang up if a live person picks up, and only leave messages
on answering machines
Option 2: You may record two messages
to go out in a single campaign for both live pick ups as
well as answering machines:
1. the first message is for when an answering
machine picks up, so record your message as if you were
calling an answering machine
2. you can record an additional message
if you want the Next Wave system to play if a live person
picks up
With a live person you have even more
options, in your message you can state:
Press 1 to replay this message
Press 0 to connect to me now (you will
give us a number where the caller will be connected
with, make sure you have voice mail, in case multiple
people try and connect with you simultaneously)

What
about the issue of Call Compliance?
|
|
Automated
voice messaging is regulated by the Telephone Consumer Protection
ACT (TCPA) of 1992. Essentially, the act provides PERMISSION
to call people with whom your organization has an existing
business relationship, and exempts non-profit organizations
from any restrictions on whom they may call. We take the
subject of Call Compliance very seriously, and work with
proven systems and strategies to comply with all telemarketing
laws and regulations on both a federal and state level to
ensure your success.

|
Wow!
This sounds very easy. Why isn't everyone doing this?
|
|
There
are numerous companies that profess to offer voice broadcasting
services. The reason you are probably not aware of them
is because they are so limited in their scope, so narrow-focused
on technology and specific client industries, and so limited
in their menu of offerings and services that they have not
been taken seriously, and deservedly so. What makes us genuinely
revolutionary is that it is structured as a media, with
the financial strength, resources, service, reliability,
scope and technology to become an institution you can have
confidence in, and can rely on day-to-day.
