Email completed data list of numbers to be called to data@NextWave.biz

Make sure to include your account # you should have received in a previous step in the subject line.

The data should be in an ASCII file format (IBM/PC compatible). The two most popular types of ASCII text are Comma and Tab - Delimited. Comma Delimited is where the commas separate (delimit) the categories (columns) of information in each line of you list.

The preferred data order is as follows:

Field 1 =Phone Number
Field 2 =Extension (if it applies, if not, leave field blank)
Field 3 =Contact
Field 4 =Company (here you can put email address, or any other field)
Field 5 =If available a description of the phone number in Field 1
(What type of phone number? Voice Mail Pager, DID, Answering Machine, etc.)

Ex.: 2125551212,123,John Jones,ABC Company,Voice Mail (Auto Attendant)

If the file format above is not available Next Wave accepts the following:

1. Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access)
2. Lotus 1-2-3
3. Act
4. Word Perfect
5. DBase
6. And many more

Most proprietary software systems have an export function to allow contact data to be extracted. Clients will need to check with their software vendor to secure the correct procedures and/or key commands.

Phone Numbers with Extension:
Even though our Epo-Call system can dial extensions, Next Wave does not recommend or guarantee the delivery of your message. Next Wave currently does not endorse the use of extensions due to the high degree
of variations between business phone manufacturers, and layout and design of voice mail menus and prompts. If you are considering using phone numbers with extensions you SHOULD consult with an Next Wave customer service person first.
