the perfected your script (optimal scripts are short and
to the point - 30 seconds), call 866-288-7627 to

# and pin that you should have received for your Next Wave account
above.

Make sure to
make note of the call # you are given of your recorded message,

step 2.
The best source
for information on what to say in your Next Wave outgoing message
can be found in the scripts section of Concorde Leaders.com or from
your upline.
Points to make
in your outgoing message
• Give
your name, city, and state. (Repeat your name toward the end of
your message, if possible)
• Let
them know you are going to send them a follow up via e-mail.
• Leave
a return phone number. (Don't forget the area code)
• Do not wait for Next Wave calls to be run before sending
messages from your autoresponder account. Send messages from your
autoresponder first, then follow up with Next Wave.
• Sending
your leads a couple of e-mail messages first will ensure that your
name and e-mail are in their e-mail inbox.
Things
to keep in mind
• Include
questions in your message, if possible.
• Give
your message a sense of urgency ("Act now!", or "Don't
miss out!", type of statements).
• People
do not take action until the 7th or 8th contact (this includes both
via e-mail and the telephone).
• You
can never contact someone too much.
• If
your message is not kept personal, it loses the personal feel, it
will not succeed.
• Determine
a goal for your call, and build your message around it. Is your
goal to get them to call you
back, check their e-mail, or both?
• This
business is still about relationships, even though we are using
electronic means to communicate. Remember to build a relationship
with your prospects.
When
recording your message
• Practice
your message to make sure you are not rushing to get it recorded
in less than 30 seconds.
• Read
it to other people, and get some feedback.
• Keep
it conversational; make it sound like you personally called them.
• Small
mistakes, breaths or stutters, are OK. They make it sound personal
and natural.
Do's
and Dont's
• Don't
tell them too much information about your company or product
• Do
tell them enough to make them want to contact you for more info.
• Do
say, "I will send you an e-mail as soon as I hang up."
• Do
NOT say, "I am following up on the e-mail I sent to you."
What if someone
picks up the phone when the system calls them?
Option 1: You can have the system hang up
if a live person picks up, and only leave messages on answering
machines
Option 2: You may record two messages to
go out in a single campaign for both live pick ups as well as answering
machines:
1. the first message is for when an answering
machine picks up, so record your message as if you were calling
an answering machine
2. you can record an additional message if you
want the Next Wave system to play if a live person picks up
With a live person you have even more options,
in your message you can state:
Press 1 to replay this message
Press 0 to connect to me now (you will give
us a number where the caller will be connected with, make sure
you have voice mail, in case multiple people try and connect
with you simultaneously)
