STEP 2

CRUCIAL: Use the AWESOME "Tell a Friend" link to put the names and e-mail addresses of everyone in your address book in there. This will give the people that you know an opportunity to be at the TOP of your powerline and profit from all the people both you and them place under them.

NOTE: Do whatever you have to do to get them in your powerline. Never prejudge! The test drive is FREE and won't cost them a thing. Just get them to pre-enroll and let them discover the POWER of the system on their own - and they will! Its crucial that you position the people you care about first so they don't miss out on this opportunity.


STEP 3

Make a committment to listen to EVERY training call for your first 30 days. Your first month is your training month. You can't teach your team how to build the business if you don't know what to do.

You will constantly be learning new things over the next year, and you need to always set aside time for training and personal development.

STEP 4

SETUP YOUR AUTORESPONDER: http://AR.ConcordeLeaders.com

Make sure to check back to make sure you have the most up to date autoresponder messages (you may easily find out by signing up for FREE Concorde Leaders Updates)

Importing your leads you will get in step 5 is a simple process that can be followed through your autoresponder, or in the follow up section.


STEP 5

Order leads. You want to have a consistent flow of quality, interested people to approach about your business so that it continues to grow. Ask your upline for their recommendation. Some lead sources even have a referral program so you can get your leads free.

Leaders Only: Order 1 set of leads IMMEDIATELY, and a second set in 4 days for faster results.

When you get your leads, load your leads into your autoresponder you setup in Step 4, so that they automatically receive a series of emails from you inviting them to become a pre-enrollee.

When your leads take the tour and become a pre-enrollee, they will automatically be entered into your pre-enrollee email campaign and will receive emails personalized from you.

Ask your upline which leads they recommend.  Leads are people who have responded to an ad on the internet saying they are looking for a way to make money from home.  I recommend starting with at least 400-1000 leads so you don't run out.  You'll see why in a second. There are plenty of prospect generation lead programs that Concorde Leaders recommends in the advertising section that have been tested with great success.


STEP 6


CALL THEM - The fortune is in the follow up, so smile and dial with your upline leaders! 3 ways are very powerful, so make sure to call your upline leaders frequently.

Follow up with your preenrollees that have been qualified through your autoresponder and the Concorde Vision system.

Invite them onto the live Decision calls (DecisionCall.com for the #) and Business Overview calls (also can be found on http://Calendar.ConcordeLeaders.com). Use what you learn from the training calls.

6a. As soon as they pre-enroll
HINT: Setup a msn or hotmail.com email address as well as MSN messenger so that when you get an email from Concorde letting you know you have a pre-enrollee, you will be notified automatically through your taskbar with MSN messenger open.

Then you can call them as soon as you get that notification (so they remember filling out the form for a free position) and welcome them to your team. Let them know that you will be placing people on their team, so they can keep an eye out for messages from you and the concorde group.

Follow the enrolling script in the http://Scripts.ConcordeLeaders.com section to answer any of their questions on how to login to their site, or place a 3way call to someone on your team to answer any of their questions.

Your initial call should just be to introduce yourself, and make sure that they have what they need to be able to logon to their site. Only after they have already gone through their site and possibly listen to a decision call should you 3way them to your upline to get their questions answered

6b. Before they have pre-enrolled:
If you ever feel that you are not receiving enough pre-enrollees everyday (make sure you have atleast 15-20 pre-enrollees coming in for you to work with and follow up daily) then you may call them and follow the PRE-ENROLLING SCRIPT in the scripts section to the left.

.  EMAIL THEM & MAKE SURE TO CALL THEM EVERY FEW DAYS

Immediately after you call them, you cam use your autoresponder to send them a message.

More importantly, after they have been preenrolled for 2 days, call them and follow the ENROLLING SCRIPT in the scripts section to the left. It can take 7-8 contacts to sign someone up. Weed through the curious (be prepared to go through a good number of no's to find the yes's) to find the serious people like yourself, which you will learn to do over time by making a strong effort to attend as many training calls as possible.


8.  STAY ORGANIZED

VERY VERY IMPORTANT - Take notes on every single person you speak with, leave a message with, and send an email to.  When you follow this system correctly, it is impossible to remember exactly what you said to each specific person.  ORGANIZATION IS KEY.

At the least use the Contact Manager Notes section that comes with your Concorde Vision back office, or the autoresponder you set up. If you can't be online while you're talking to your prospects, print out their info and write the notes out.

9.  DUPLICATE - TEACH YOUR NEW PEOPLE THE SAME THING

Don't re-invent the wheel. This is a proven system, and your dedication over time will pay off!

Teach this exact system to everyone who gets involved.... DUPLICATION IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS! All you have to do is get your team to go through this same training, and attend the training calls. If you have any questions, USE your UPLINE!

This is the most important step of this entire training and is what will GUARANTEE you a very successful and abundant future!
